Columbia Cares!

Columbia prides itself on working with the community in helping to support various community activities and events. We have supported many local fundraising organizations, as well as worldwide relief efforts. We offer our clients, vendors, and staff the opportunity to help contribute to worthwhile causes and help our local communities.

Here are some of our most recent contributions.

Columbia Electric’s staff will once again walk the Boston Marathon route from Hopkinton to downtown Boston to benefit the Jimmy Fund at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.  Last year they raised over $8,700 in donations. Please help them succeed again this year by donating to the Jimmy Fund Cancer Walk at the link below.

Homes for Our Troops is a MA nonprofit corporation building specially adapted homes for our disabled veterans of war.  Columbia is honored to provide the electrical supplies for Sgt. Peter Damon's project in Middleboro. www.homesforourtroops.org

Columbia is also a member of the The Metro South Chamber of Commerce. The Metro South Chamber of Commerce is a private, non-profit business association based in the City of Brockton, Massachusetts. The Metro South Chamber of Commerce supports and promotes the local business community through leadership in public advocacy, education, networking, information and community development. The Chamber supports hundreds of local chamber members, representing the finest in their respective fields.
