RETURNED GOODS POLICY

• Material must be clean, unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and otherwise resalable condition.

• Stock material may be returned within 30 days with no penalty providing quantity is a normal amount stocked by Columbia Electric Supply, Inc.

• Stock material returns after 30 days and before 90 days are subject to a restocking charge.

• Stock material returns after 90 days are generally not allowed and are subject to approval.

• Special ordered material is not returnable without prior approval and is subject to a 25% restocking fee.

• Cut wire is not returnable.

• Please provide invoice number and date with return.
